Incomplete Order, Wrong Item Shipped

If your order is not shipped to you as ordered,  please contact us  within 10 days of receipt of order, and we will correct the problem.   Contact us at CustomerService@USPutty.com    When you contact us please provide order number along with your name and address.  Please tell us which item(s) is missing and we will respond  with a solution.

Damaged During Shipping

If your order is damaged during shipment please contact us within 10 days and we will work with you to either provide credit or replace damaged items.  Please notify us at CustomerService@USPutty.com  . Please send pictures of shipping damaged packaging and product.  When you contact us please provide order number along with your name and address.  Please tell us which item is damaged and we will respond to you with a solution.

Customer Returns

Contact us at CustomerService@USPutty.com to initiate the return process by requesting a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  No returns will be accepted without a RMA.  When you contact us please provide the order number along with your name and address and which item(s) you wish to return.

Under limited situations you may return product for credit.  Returned product must be in good condition, unused and unopened.   Packaging and safety seals must be unbroken and in place.  All returned items will be inspected upon receipt and if found to be in usable and unaltered condition a credit will be issued less a 25% restocking fee.  Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returned product must be received by US Putty within 30 days of purchase.

Customer is responsible for shipping cost of returning product to USPutty.

Return Custom Product

Custom labeled product may not be returned and are not eligible for refund.
